For the past fifteen years, I have been dedicated to practicing a yoga method developed by B.K.S. Iyengar. This method emphasizes precise execution of postures, focusing on body alignment, inner expansion, and stability. The use of specific props such as straps, blankets, wooden blocks, and even chairs, facilitates learning and understanding of the various postures. That’s why this form of yoga is suitable for people of all ages. As a certified Level 2 teacher, for the past six years, I have had the pleasure of passing on what my own teachers have taught me. I also continue to regularly further my education with them, in order to deepen my knowledge and refine my practice.
