Vinyasa

First trained in Ayurveda in 2009 in Tours, Sandrine deepened her knowledge in India in Dr. Sankar’s clinic (Ayurtoday-Kerala) and made her first encounters with yoga. In 2013, at the monastery of Chokor Ling, she met Davina Delor, a Buddhist nun, who trained her in “Yoga of 12 happinesses” moving meditation that combines Qi Gong and traditional Yoga.

In 2016 she trained in Hatha Yoga Sivananda at the Ashram in Orléans, then completed this training with specific modules; yoga for seniors and people with reduced mobility. She is an Ayurveda practitioner and teaches in Tours before training in 2019 in Vinyasa with Patrick Frapeau in Paris.
